DONALD DUCK, illustrated by the staff of the Walt Disney Studios, Grosset & Dunlap, New York, 1936, 1st (only?) edition.  36 pages, illustrated endpapers, about 9" x 10", color and b&w illsutrations.  FINE  condition.  This is a scarce title, in even rarer condition.  $295. LITTLE PIG'S PICNIC, AND OTHER STORIES, by Margaret Wise Brown, illustrated by THE WALT DISNEY STUDIO.  Published by D. C. Heath and Company, Boston, 1939, very early or possibly first edition.  These little Heath readers are still an excellent way to entice the reluctant beginning reader to enjoy his books.  And the bright, cheerful colors and amusing stories reflect the best of a long-gone era.  We have other titles in this series also, so inquire if you are trying to rebuild a set of them.  This copy has some problems thanks to a child with a ball-point pen.  The first 19 pages have large circles drawn by this naughty child, although he usually spared the illustrations.  Pages 20-102 are fine and have no marks or tears.  The scan of the title page shows the child's art work in typical fashion.  Otherwise, this book is in very good condition.  $25.
